Our design allows for easy cleaning and quick part replacement, with spare parts readily available in inventory to ensure fast customer support.

Our equipment is fully designed, manufactured, and assembled in-house, undergoing rigorous quality testing to ensure reliability.

Our upper mixer can mix 3-4 bags of gypsum at a time and 10 to 12 bags in cementitious products.
In addition, our upper mixer has the particularity of mixing materials quickly and with impeccable consistency.
Our lower tub is equipped with an agitator screw which keeps the materials in perfect condition so that they can be easily pumped by our rotor-stator group.
Our rotor-stator group has been designed for rapid change on site. An approximate time of 15 minutes for a single man to change it and restart production.

Our main mixer has a capacity to mix 1000 lbs of material in 2 minutes.
The equipment has a production capacity of 120 bags of material per hour.
Our equipment (Big Horn) typically can pump 90 to 120 bags of gypsum underlayments (plus sand required per bag) per hour with ease, and as an example at 1.5” thick, you can install 1800 to 2700 sq ft of gypsum per hour.
Floor leveling materials you can pump 300 to 450 x 50 lb bags per hour (more if your fully utilize capacity and manpower) and at 3/8” thickness that would be approximately 5,000 to 8,000 sq ft per hour.
